This is why I haven't been doing much quilting the last couple of weeks. My daughter Kelly moved into a new house with her fiance at the end of February and there are lots of windows that need covering. Since they are saving all their money for the wedding, I offered to make curtains for them. It secretly fulfills my interior decorator self which was what I originally wanted to be before I became a teacher. I think it will look really nice when the new dining room furniture arrives in a couple of weeks. Next on the wedding project agenda are the invitations. I've been practicing my calligraphy and I'm ready to start on the actual envelopes. Only three months to go!
