This is the top of Marge's baby quilt. I was going to put a border on it but it's big enough and it has to be finished by next Wednesday for her shower at school. I'm sort of disappointed about the focus fabric. I loved it when I bought it but I don't think it is effective in the quilt itself. I guess the pattern is so busy that it obscures the lighter animals like the snake and the peacock. The vertically oriented tigers and elephants also bother me in the quilt because it looks like I used the fabric in the wrong direction. I guess I shouldn't be so critical, the baby certainly won't notice these things!
