The chuppah is finally finished and I'm so proud of it I can hardly believe it. I've never done a project this large and elaborate and now I feel like I can sew almost anything. The picture is kind of fuzzy since I took it just as the sun was coming up at 6:00 this morning. The pieces with the grapevines will be hanging down at the corners and the flaps are folded in onto the underside of the top. It is laying on my daughter's bed until it gets packed up for delivery to the bride's aunt tomorrow. I wish they were getting married closer to my home so I could see the wedding but I'd probably get too emotional. I hope they love it as much as I am proud of it!
