Yesterday,I ran in the Sea Girt 5k for the 4th time. This is an annual event with my husband's family and the Brady family entries from 3 generations grow each year. This year, 6 year old Tyler ran with the big guys and my nephew Jesse joined the team. I was really pleased with my time of 38 minutes which sounds terrible but it was 4 minutes faster than last year. Next year's goal is to be under 35. Next race is on Labor Day at the Somerset Patriots Ballpark in Bridgewater with a free baseball game and fireworks that night!
